Today we’d like to introduce you to Aimee Cruz.
Hi Aimee, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I grew up working in innovation and strategy and after years in a corporate role, struck off to follow my entrepreneurial visions and aims. During COVID, I started spending more time in Baja. The growth and uniqueness of the Valle de Guadalupe in particular resonated with me at a deep level. It remined me of an area from my childhood and I realized this area ‘had something in the soil – a type of magic’ that could not be found elsewhere. I also realized it was hard to plan a trip to the region and so using my business skillset, I set out to develop, launch and grow Valle Guadalupe Baja. We help people plan their trip to Valle de Guadalupe from wine tours, car services, lodging bookings, restaurant recommendations, wine-making experiences, and more. We also plan to import the wines here so we can taste Baja while we are not physically there. It is a close location to us here in San Diego and the American Southwest and one that has values of nature, family, food, and slowing down. It’s beautiful.
